We may cancel your order in case we are not able to serve you the Services you have purchased. We will cancel your subscription. We may cancel your order if we find any discrepancy in the process. We may cancel your order if we find any misuse of our system. We may cancel your order and block your services if we find the use of any pornographic or abusive or illegal activities performed by your account. You shall be informed about cancelled orders via Call or SMS or Email.
Resolving disputes
If you and the support team can’t come to an agreement about a dispute, you can raise a dispute and we investigate the matter. We will make a decision based on all available information and you agree that our decision is final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or reclaimed or refunded.

Eligibility for Refunds:
We will initiate a refund if:
- We fail to deliver the Smart Excel CRM link promptly after receiving payment.
- The download link provided via email is not functional.
- The customer encounters issues downloading the file.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- Customer Not Meeting Eligibility Criteria: If the customer does not meet the refund eligibility criteria, we will not provide refunds.
- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind after the product has been delivered.
- Scope Changes: Requests for additional features or changes to the product scope after delivery are not grounds for a refund.

- Review: Our team will assess the situation and may request additional information.
- Resolution: We will work to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, we’ll process the refund.
- Refund Timeframe: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
